
To guarantee an individual reservation, a deposit of 50% to 100% of the total reservation amount, including applicable taxes, may be required, depending on the selected rate plan, promotional offer, and travel dates. Any remaining balance must be paid upon arrival unless the selected rate requires full prepayment at the time of booking.
Requests to block rooms 100 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date must be supported by an initial non-refundable deposit of US$2,000.00. This deposit will secure the requested room block until the next scheduled payment deadline established under this policy.
No later than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the group must have paid 50% of the total reservation value. If the required deposit is not received by the specified deadline, the hotel reserves the right to modify, reduce, or release all or part of the room block without prior notice.
The remaining balance, bringing the reservation to 100% payment, must be received no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any rooms for which the required payment has not been received may be released by the hotel and returned to inventory for resale.
Cancellations received 8 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any cancellation penalty. The amount paid will be issued as a credit voucher valid for a future reservation, with a validity of six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
For packages that include airline tickets or ferry tickets purchased directly with the resort , transportation tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be rebooked with an open travel date, subject to the transportation provider's policies, availability, and fare conditions. Tickets must be used within twelve (12) months from the original date of issuance. The credit voucher will be issued only for the hotel services portion of the reservation, excluding the cost of airline or ferry tickets, as these tickets will remain available for future use in accordance with the transportation provider's policies.
Cash refunds, bank transfers, or deposits to bank accounts will not be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be issued as a credit voucher valid for a future reservation for six (6) months from the date of cancellation.

Changes That Are Not Considered Modifications The following requests will not be considered reservation modifications. Instead, they will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and, if applicable, the creation of a new reservation, subject to the hotel's current Cancellation Policy: Changes to the arrival date. Reduction in the number of rooms reserved. Reduction in the number of nights originally booked. Any change that results in a reduction of the total reservation value or the number of rooms originally confirmed. All reservation modifications are subject to availability, the rates in effect at the time of the request, and the terms and conditions of the booked rate.
