An exquisite mixture of Salmon, cappers, red onion, lime, olive oil,aged mustard, salt and pepper seasoned to perfection and plated on top of an avocado base. Served with casave chips.

- A perfect sphere of potato, béchamel sauce, ham. Over a chili piquillo aioli.

Your choice of 2 eggs, 4 Onz. of beef filet, Chorizo, re fried beans,
sweet fried plantains, ranchera sauce, cream, and white cheese, served
with fresh made tortillas.

Your Choice of 2 eggs, slight hot green sauce chilaquiles with chicken,
red onions, sour cream, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, on the
side re fried beans and nachos.
• LANGOSTA BENEDICT
Two poached eggs over English muffins, blanched lobster topped with
tomato squares, and rustic potato on the side.
• EL SAN SIMON
A bagle cut in half, smoked salmon, fine herbs and Philadelphia cheese
mouse, lettuce, cappers, red onion. On the side, a tomato relish.
• EL LIGHT
Omelet made with only egg white filled with mushrooms, ricotta cheese,
fresh asparagus, Provencal tomatoes and spinach
• FRESH FROM THE SEA
A select combination of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, black
sesame seeds, rice noodles mixed with blanched sea food mix (Calamari,
Mussels, shrimp, octopus) dressed with sweet chili dressing.
